Highlights

• Snowflake Listings & Shares — Engineered ingestion end-to-end (typedefs, ETL, lineage) powering Atlan Data Products. Demoed at Snowflake Summit as a flagship capability.
• Snowflake Secure Agent — Architected Crawler/Miner to extract metadata inside the customer’s Kubernetes cluster without sharing credentials. Unblocked enterprise deals at JPMC, Morgan Stanley, and P&G.
• Databricks Cross-Workspace Lineage — Owned end-to-end across multi-workspace edge cases (masked entities, private catalogs, system-table joins). Positioned Atlan as the differentiated source of truth over native Databricks UC (which renders cross-workspace assets as masked objects).
• Databricks OAuth/SSO + Cross-Workspace OAuth — Engineered for Insights and Sample Data preview. Unblocked P&G and Kaizen Gaming.
• Databricks lineage generator — Engineered graph-based generator for PATH-type and temp-table lineage; collapsed multi-hop temp-table chains into clean upstream-downstream edges. Reduced major tech debt and improved lineage observability for every Databricks customer.
• Unified Tag Contract — Owned the Tags Sync Pipeline across Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, and dbt as SME. Architected a unified contract consolidating three divergent connector flows into one publish-app implementation. Architected tag drift observability and reconciliation via the Metadata Lakehouse.
• Kafka V3 + Temporal Native migration — Owned migration of all three flavors (Apache Kafka, Confluent, Amazon MSK) to App SDK V3 + Temporal Native Orchestrator, retiring Argo workflows for the connector.
• Customer escalations — Drove on-call resolution for easyJet, GM, Loopback, AIMCO, ASOS, Virgin Media O2, FIFA, Dropbox, NYL, Sargento, Tide. Shipped permanent fixes with sub-24hr turnaround on RCAs.
• Performance — Optimized SQL queries and I/O to handle 62M+ records; reduced Kubernetes pod memory footprint by ~10GB (Parquet + DuckDB processing), eliminating recurring OOM failures.
• Matillion Custom CA Cert support — Engineered SSL custom-CA import flow; saved Sargento’s PrivateLink integration when the customer was about to abandon.

Contributed to a corporate-card and pooled-funds payment platform — built backend services powering card issuance, pool management, and expense tracking.

• Engineered the Offline Expense feature end-to-end with Spring Boot REST APIs, enabling employees to log expenses without network connectivity and reconcile them once back online.
• Hardened Spring Boot configuration management — externalized property files and introduced profile-specific settings for cleaner separation across dev, staging, and prod.
• Worked within a microservices architecture on PostgreSQL-backed services; owned API contracts and inter-service integration for the expense domain.
• Refactored the CI/CD pipeline and tightened CI validation — reduced flaky builds and shortened the engineering feedback loop.

Attack Capital (YC W22) — Software Developer Intern #

Engineered backend infrastructure for Openmic.ai — an AI voice-agent platform that automates inbound and outbound business phone calls at scale.

• Self-hosted LiveKit’s open-source media SDK powering real-time STT/TTS conversational AI agents — removed dependency on managed LiveKit Cloud.
• Deployed the media server on a GCP Compute Engine VM via Docker with reproducible builds and one-command restarts.
• Configured Nginx as a reverse proxy fronting the media server and terminating WebRTC connections — secured low-latency duplex audio streams.
• Integrated LiveKit with Twilio SIP Trunks to bridge AI agents onto the public phone network, enabling real-time inbound/outbound calling from a browser-driven agent.
